I'm looking for an expert in app creation to help me create a personalized IPTV application for Samsung Smart TV and LG webOS. This application will primarily serve as a platform to watch IPTV easily from m3u or OTT streams.
Specific features should include:
- The ability to record shows
- Parental control settings
- A multi-screen option for simultaneous viewing
Important: I do have a specific design in mind for this application. The potential freelancer will need to work closely with me to ensure this design is implemented accurately. Therefore, excellent communication skills alongside relevant experience in Samsung's Tizen OS/SDK, LG's webOS, and application design for IPTVs, would be highly valued.
