Salesforce & Pardot Expert Audit

I’m looking for a senior-level consultant who can guide my team and me through a live, screen-share audit of our Salesforce and Pardot orgs using the detailed checklist we have already compiled.
During the session we will walk point-by-point, paying particular attention to:
• Data management hygiene and architecture
• Current automation flows and process efficiency
• Security settings and role hierarchies
• Integrations with external systems
• User permissions and profiles
• Custom configurations that may be impacting performance
Our goal is to surface any factors that hurt performance, data accuracy, or user adoption and to leave the call with clear, prioritised actions we can implement immediately.
What I need from you:
1. Real-time expertise while we share screens (likely several short sessions rather than one long call).
2. Instant feedback on each checklist item plus context on best-practice alternatives.
3. A concise post-session summary highlighting critical fixes, quick wins, and longer-term recommendations.
If you have many years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Lightning, Flow, Process Builder) and Pardot, can articulate complex issues in plain language, and enjoy interactive problem solving, I’d love to collaborate.
