Salesforce Email Marketing Setup

I need help setting up Salesforce Starter Suite for four users, which includes purchasing the licenses, configuring the users in Salesforce, and setting up email marketing features. Additionally, I need assistance in creating a new Salesforce account to support this process.

The end goal is to enable these users to handle email marketing efficiently, including:
- Sending newsletters to a subscriber list.
- Setting up automated email campaigns.
- Tracking email performance and analytics.
