Prague Salesforce MC Email Automation
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m working in the Growth Edition of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for lead capture and campaign creation. The creative is ready—I now need the technical build that turns those assets into a fully automated welcome-email series.
What I need you to do:
• Build the journey in Journey Builder so every new lead triggers a timed, multi-step welcome sequence.
• Configure all send definitions, waits, exit criteria, and tracking.
• Link the automation to Marketing Cloud Growth Edition so behaviour data syncs back to Sales Cloud without conflicts.
• Provide light reporting and error-handling rules so I can monitor performance.
Acceptance criteria
1. A live, trigger-based welcome series that runs end-to-end with no manual intervention.
2. Test records proving correct entry, email delivery, and tracking.
3. Clear hand-over notes (steps, screenshots, component IDs) so the internal Prague team can maintain it.
We’ll kick off with a short call during Prague (CET) hours and wrap up with a quick walkthrough once everything passes testing.
