I’m implementing Salesforce Service Cloud from scratch and would like an experienced admin-consultant to guide and execute the initial configuration. My priority is to have a clean, production-ready org with the core Service Cloud features fully tailored to our support process. That includes setting up the main console app, configuring standard and custom objects, page layouts, record types, Lightning pages, automations (Flows where possible), and any required support processes or email templates.
I’m happy to discuss the finer points—case routing rules, macros, omnichannel, or custom dashboards—once you’ve reviewed our current workflow. I’ll provide a sandbox login and a detailed process map; you help translate that into a working configuration, document what you build, and coach me through any go-live tasks.
Deliverables will be:
• Configured Service Cloud environment ready for production
• Step-by-step documentation of everything changed or created
• A short hand-off session to walk me through the setup and answer questions
Experience with Lightning Experience, Flow Builder, and the standard Service Cloud console is essential. If you hold an Admin or Service Cloud Consultant cert, please mention it when you reply along with a brief outline of similar projects you’ve completed.
