Salesforce Workflow Automation Overhaul

I’m looking for an experienced Salesforce specialist for a monthly contract to fix and simplify two connected stages in our Sales Cloud workflow — from deal creation to handover to the operations team.

Currently, many steps are manual, data is duplicated, and handovers are sometimes missed.

The goal is to build simple and reliable automations (using Flows, Process Builder, or Apex where needed) so tasks run automatically, records stay updated, and opportunities move from Closed-Won to an operations-ready state with minimal manual work. This may also include improving page layouts, validation rules, custom objects, and connecting with our existing finance and ERP systems via APIs.
