Salesforce Support Portal Setup
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I’m looking for a Salesforce specialist to configure an Experience Cloud site that will act as a customer support portal. The goal is to give our customers a branded, self-service space where they can log in, find answers, and raise cases without contacting our team directly.
Scope of work
• Spin up a new Experience Cloud site and connect it to our existing Service Cloud org.
• Apply branded styling so the portal feels seamless with our main website.
• Configure secure, friction-free login and self-registration for customers.
• Build the core self-service layout: searchable knowledge articles, case creation and tracking, and a clear contact option for issues not resolved through self-help.
• Set up roles, profiles, and sharing rules to keep internal data private while giving users the access they need.
• Provide short admin notes or a walkthrough video so we can maintain articles and settings after go-live.
Please share relevant Experience Cloud examples you’ve built, your turnaround time, and anything you need from me to get started.
