Salesforce Service Cloud Customization (PREFERIBLE: SPANISH SPEAKING PLEASE)

The project involves:

Google Sheets Integration: Syncing Salesforce data with Google Sheets for real-time reporting, analysis, and external collaboration.

ChatGPT Integration: Leveraging AI to generate evaluation summaries, course recommendations, and automated PDF reports from Salesforce data.

Workflows and Automation: Streamlining processes so information flows seamlessly between Salesforce, Google Sheets, and ChatGPT.

Reports and Dashboards: Creating insightful, accurate reports and intuitive dashboards inside Salesforce.

User Interface: Improving the UI for a better user experience.

Ideal candidates should have:

Proven Salesforce customization experience

Strong knowledge of workflows, reports, and UI

Experience with Google Sheets API and/or automation tools (Zapier, Make, or Apex code)

Familiarity with ChatGPT/OpenAI API integration

Ability to understand and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
