Salesforce Sales Cloud Customization

I'm looking for a Salesforce expert specializing in Sales Cloud.
I have three objects I am trying to report on.
Parent Object: Accounts
Child Object: Opportunities
Child Object: Contacts.
Contacts and Opportunities are not linked. At least many of the accounts have opportunities and contacts associated and not all opportunities have any contacts associted with them.
What I need is a report where I can filter through opportunities by certain requirements, then pull certain account information into that report, then pull all contact information associated with that account. I use SF professional edition.
I need this report ASAP. I think it may require a "Flow" but I imagine there may be some other ways to solve this. I expect someone who knows what they are doing can build this very quickly, less than 1-2 hours.
