Salesforce Forms Issue Resolution

Hi, I represented Irish charity organisation, we faced a problem in our Salesforce forms. All forms use the same subflow for file upload and it works before but now, after the last SF update (approx between 2 to 6 October) and stops working properly for not registered (anonymous visitor) users.
Files uploading in system but at user side it is like not counted it required to upload it again at next screen.
I have tried fix it with Chat GPT, Geminy, googling.. but not successfull in general all based on "Allow site guest users to upload files" settings, but it's not our case because this works before, so something changed since the last update, so I'm looking for a developer familiar with SF.
Please propose your price for this fix, unfortunately, I don't have slots to create new user so we need to arrange a video call and debug with my admin access sharing.
We are non-commercial, so we can't afford some advanced experts with high rates. Preference will be given to the candidate with the best price. In addition, I can provide a good LinkedIn post with kudos, which may help you receive some new orders directly there.
