Salesforce Flow Automation Enhancement
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m looking for a Salesforce expert who can take our existing automation landscape and move it fully onto modern Flow.
Here’s what I’d like to accomplish:
• Build and maintain new Flows from scratch for routine business processes.
• Configure email alerts, auto-assignment rules and auto-response rules for leads, cases and tasks so users receive the right information without manual intervention.
• Automate approval processes and hand-over paths (for example, Lead → Opportunity and Case escalation) so no deal or ticket stalls in queue.
Acceptance will be based on:
1. Each Flow following Salesforce best-practice design (subflows where appropriate, clear naming, fault handling enabled).
2. All retired Workflow Rules and Process Builder processes fully deactivated with equivalent Flow solutions live and tested.
3. Unit tests or test plans proving the new automation executes successfully across common and edge cases.
4. A brief hand-off document or screen-share walkthrough so my admin team can troubleshoot or extend the Flows later.
You’ll be working exclusively in Salesforce Lightning and Flow Builder, so deep familiarity with Flow actions, elements, governor limits essential. If you’ve led similar migrations before and can show a portfolio or references, even better. Let’s modernize our org and give the users a smoother, smarter experience.
