Salesforce Experience Cloud Patient Portal
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I need a branded Salesforce Experience Cloud site that lets our health-care customers do everything in one place.
Core functionality
• After secure username-and-password login, each customer must immediately see the list of medical devices and services they own (pulled from our Salesforce Product records).
• The knowledge base and FAQ section should filter automatically so only articles related to those owned products appear.
• Training is delivered through video courses and interactive modules; the portal should stream the videos, launch the modules, and record quiz scores back to Salesforce for progress tracking.
• Patients must be able to pick an available slot and book an appointment—confirmations, reminders, and updates should sync to their Contact record and trigger standard email alerts.
Tech notes
The site will be built in Experience Builder with Lightning Web Components or standard components where possible. Data lives in core objects, so please wire everything using standard sharing plus any necessary Apex/Flow. Styling should match our existing brand guidelines.
Deliverables
1. Fully configured Experience Cloud site deployed to our sandbox
2. Source of any custom LWCs, Flows, or Apex in an unlocked package or repository
3. Short hand-off document outlining objects, permissions, and how to update content
If this aligns with your Experience Cloud skill set, let’s get started right away.
