Salesforce Data & KPI Dashboards/Reports

I need detailed, presentation-ready revenue tracking and KPI reports built directly inside Salesforce. All data sits in our org, so you will be working solely with Salesforce objects and fields—no external integrations are required.

The core of the job is to translate our existing opportunity and pipeline data into clear bar, pie, and line charts that show monthly revenue trends, closed-won vs. forecast, and a small set of high-level KPIs. To get there you’ll create or refine custom report types, apply the right filters and formula fields, and then assemble everything into a dashboard that leadership can refresh in one click.

Spreadsheets to integrate information from account, client, properties, and opportunities.

Please be comfortable with Lightning Report Builder, dashboard components, and field-level security so user permissions stay intact.

Deliverables:
• Salesforce summary/Matrix reports focused on revenue tracking and KPIs
• Various dashboards and client reports containing bar, pie, and line chart components with drill-down links to the underlying reports


Once the dashboard reflects the correct numbers in real time and matches the acceptance criteria above, the project is complete. Including gross and net profit amounts.
