We’re looking for a **Salesforce Certified Developer** to help improve and maintain an existing Salesforce setup.
This is not a full build — the system is already live. We need someone to **clean up, optimise, and handle ongoing small to mid-level development work.**

* Improve existing flows, automations, and object structure
* Fix inefficiencies and clean up messy configurations
* Build small custom solutions (Apex / Lightning where needed)
* Improve reporting and dashboards
* Assist with integrations and document generation tools
* Ongoing troubleshooting and enhancements

### Requirements
* **Salesforce Certified Developer (must have)**
* Strong with **Flows & automation**
* Solid **Apex experience** (but not overengineering everything)
* Experience working in **existing / messy orgs**
* Fast, responsive, and solution-oriented

### Engagement
* Freelance / hourly or fixed per task
* Ongoing work (not just one-off)
* Flexible hours
