Ongoing Salesforce Development & Enhancements

Our Salesforce org is midway through a major rebuild and I need an experienced developer to push it forward. The immediate focus is three-fold:

• Custom object development – design, build, and refine new objects and complex relationships in Lightning, using Apex, SOQL, and validation rules where code is unavoidable.
• Process automation – streamline key business workflows with Flow Builder and, when necessary, Apex triggers, ensuring every automation is governor-limit friendly and thoroughly tested.
• Reports and dashboards – surface reliable metrics for sales leadership, creating dynamic dashboards that refresh in real time and can be tweaked by power users without code.

There is currently no formal documentation; we will map requirements together in a series of working sessions, convert them into user stories, and iterate from there. Expect to join regular screen-shares, walk through existing configuration, and recommend best-practice architecture before writing any code.

I release work in agile sprints with clearly defined acceptance criteria (unit-tested code in a sandbox, peer review complete, changeset deployed to production, and a concise hand-over note). If you thrive in that rhythm and can communicate roadblocks early, let’s talk.
