OmniStudio Custom Solutions Integration
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I’m looking for an OmniStudio specialist with 3 + years of hands-on experience to design and build a bespoke solution and hook it cleanly into our existing CRM system. The work goes beyond simple point-and-click setup; I need someone comfortable crafting OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors and FlexCards so that every part of the customer journey feels seamless and fully aligned with current business logic.
You’ll start by reviewing the current CRM data model and processes with me, propose an architecture for the new custom layer, then configure, test and document the components. Clean, well-commented configurations and clear hand-off notes are essential because my in-house admins will maintain the app once it’s live.
Deliverables
• End-to-end OmniStudio configuration (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards) connected to the CRM
• Unit and integration test results proving data flows work as specified
• Deployment package or change set plus a concise user/admin guide
