Live Salesforce Deployment Fix

I need to jump on a screenshare right now to troubleshoot an integration I just pushed to Salesforce environment. Although the package is live, every request is still routing back to my UAT org instead of the production instance.

On the call I’ll walk you through the current setup, the environment variables and connected app settings I used, and the deployment steps I followed. Your task is to pinpoint why the endpoint or authentication is binding to the test environment, guide me through the corrective steps, and stay online until we can verify production traffic is flowing correctly.

Must-haves:
• Proven experience shifting integrations from UAT to production within Salesforce .
• Comfort working live over Zoom and explaining each change as we go.
• Ability to read debug logs, update environment-specific URLs, and adjust named credentials or OAuth scopes on the fly.

Acceptance criteria:
1. Integration re-pointed to production without breaking existing functionality.
2. Post-fix verification of at least one successful production call in real time.
3. A brief recap of the changes we made so I can document them afterward.
