Development of a CPQ tool

I am looking to develop a CPQ tool for an on-premise solution. I have a detailed list of specific features and functionalities I am looking for the tool to include, so I am hoping to find someone who is experienced with this kind of project. Additionally, I'm not entirely sure about whether I need custom branding for the CPQ solution or not, so I am open to exploring options and getting advice in this area. Ultimately I am looking for the right freelancer to develop a CPQ tool that meets my specific needs, while also delivering a great user experience to our customers.
