Urgent SFCC Deployment Help

I have a fresh build in Salesforce Commerce Cloud Sandbox that needs to reach the Staging realm today. All bundles are ready; what’s missing is an expert who can import them with the provided P12 certificate, verify the upload, and keep an eye on performance improvements once the code is live in Staging.

Here is what I need from you:
• Deploy the prepared code cartridges, data, and metadata from Sandbox to Staging using my P12 certificate and Business Manager.
• Troubleshoot any deployment-time hiccups—compile errors, missing dependencies, OCAPI permissions, or certificate issues—until the Staging build is clean and stable.
• Confirm that our targeted performance improvements actually land: cache settings, page-load speed, and pipeline/controller efficiency should be checked right after the push.

Acceptance criteria
1. Deployment completes without red error banners in BM and all cartridges appear in “Code Versions” on Staging.
2. No functional regressions when browsing core storefront flows (home, PLP, PDP, checkout).
3. Measurable performance gains vs. the current Staging baseline (I’ll share metrics right before we start).
