zapier with acuity, google docs

I would like you to create a template on either google docs or Word. This document needs to be integrate/zapier with client information and uploaded photo ID which is provided by client when they enter it into Acuity scheduling. The template will need to be sent back to client as an encrypted email and include a QR code after the appointment. Will supply with draft of template if this is something you can do. I need project results in 24 hours
