set up sales force for the first time including quickbooks intgegration

I am looking for someone with experience in setting up and integrating Salesforce for the first time, including QuickBooks integration. Currently I do not have a CRM system in place, however, I will need sales tracking to be implemented into Salesforce. I need to consolidate all of our lead sources, current customers from QuickBooks and our scheduling software provided by FlightCircle.com. Thank you.
