Minimum 10+ years of working experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Extensive Hands-on Experience on Salesforce Platform.
• Experience in Salesforce REST, SOAP APIs, Web services.
• Experience in Integrating Salesforce with other applications across marketing, e-commerce, service, and reporting.
• Ability to Perform configuration, customization and support of Salesforce.com
• Experience in preparing Technical design documents, Business Process documents and UAT test cases.
• Understanding of the release management and software development life cycle.
• Should be able to review code of development team members.
• Strong communication skills to ask relevant questions in client/dev team meeting etc. able to work around release related dependencies across projects
• Ability to convert customer requirements to technical specifications.
• Work with Project Managers and Business Analysts to deliver key deliverables to be incorporated into project plans.
• Maintain and enhance data integrity through effective design, maintenance, and security in the Salesforce.com instances.
