salesforce design

looking for someone to design our salesforce platform to match our workflow. we have outside sales reps, inside sales reps, and sales admins doing CRM in Salesforce which is integrated with our ERP system (SAGE). The ideal designer would utilize our data to create tables and reporting that would give the sales team quick and easy access to be able to increase sales and improve the customer experience. A few of the things that are important to know about each account are: order frequency and volume, the last time an order was placed, how many unique item codes this customer purchases from us, if there are any items that they have not reordered in a long time (stale product placements), and which popular items this customer has never ordered from us. In addition to the sales team having these very useful account metrics/data, it will be equally important for there to be a dashboard for myself to assign tasks, set goals, see metrics, and track productivity.

our integration between Salesforce and SAGE has been completed, and we have also added Dialpad as our soft phones...we are now ready for a designer to help us take this to the next level!
