I need to do some salesforce cnfiguration on my account.
1. change account status to inactive when contract ends.
2. after contracts end, if there open tickets (custom object) under account/contact and email shuld sent to manager.
3. some more small things
need to use flows.
need to understand the steps so we will use a zoom meeting
