I need a salesforce developer

I need help setting up a salesforce flow that will allow me to track the sales of my reps in a quick sales flow like a door-to-door or retail sales setting. I need to integrate that system with gusto for payroll and calculate their commission. My reps will each have their own Card readers to make sales so it would be great if it integrated with that somehow too so the tracking was automatic.
