I need a Salesforce developer

We are a small construction business that orders & installs windows & doors. We currently use Microsoft Access for our CRM, but we want to switch over to Salesforce so that we can use something online instead of on a network that can only be accessed from our office. We would like Salesforce to be set up similar to what we have now. We are also setting up Leap to use as our new pricing, so we have a partially set up link with Leap & Salesforce.
