I need a Salesforce.com expert to help me set up a new account

I am the new owner of a very small business - 10 employees - with a > 100 customers. I want to expand my customer base by using Salesforce.com to track Prospects>Leads and track my contact with them. I will be the only user of Salesforce for the time being. I like using CRM software but I HATE setting it up so I'd like to have someone who is an Expert help me set up and customize Salesforce.com to meet my needs. I have an email list from MailChimp of about 1,000 contacts that needs to be scrubbed/de-duplicated prior to import. I'd also like an expert to show me some tricks on how to use Salesforce. I don't learn well from videos or chat-bots and would prefer to speak with a human.
