I am seeking assistance with environmental permits for a project. Specifically, I need someone who can act as a subject matter expert to speak to a technology systems integration team. This would include full-time involvement for a period of time.
The timeline for completion is open and dependent on when the contract is won. The ideal candidate needs to be able to speak to the topic in an educated and comprehensive manner.
The skills needed for success are 35 years of demonstrable experience with operational environmental permitting and compliance and working on forms related to environmental permitting and reporting. Deep knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as NESHAP, RCRA, and CERCLA is also preferred.
Experience with permitting software, specifically portrayals, is highly desired. Expertise in quality control/assurance, standard operating procedures, and applications for certain permits is ideal.
The successful individual should have excellent communication skills, with an ability to explain best practices and other processes to those involved in the systems integration team. The candidate should be able to work independently but also collaborate with a diverse team.
