Hi, we have saleforce and we have orders and quotes from our website feeding into saleforce, which we have had custom work done.
I want to automatically schedule a call when an quote comes into the system, sometimes we can get several quotes from same user over a short time so we only want 1 call scheduled. If the call is not made or unanswered we need to send an automatic email and 2 days later another call is scheduled if the user hasn't placed an order. This is then repeaetd a 3rd time with differemnt email. If we get to end of 3rd call and teh user thgen puts on a new qoute then we start the process again.
We are on Salesforce enterprice, with High velocity sales and Pardot
