build salesforce flow

I'm looking for an expert Salesforce consultant to build an Salesforce Autolaunched Flow for me. The goal of the project is to automate a specific process and to establish a process model from scratch. This will be a subflow. It will look for matches with existing records (using first name, last name, phone and email). If not found, I need it create a new Contact and Account. If the contact exists, I need the Contact and Account records to be updated. It is a priority for me to have this project completed as soon as possible, and I need it to be done within a week. I would like you to help me create this so I can also learn how to do this.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Salesforce and creating Salesforce Autolaunched Flows for clients. I'm looking for someone who can help me develop this flow with me, meeting all of the specifications of the project.
