we are a trading industrial supply chain company, Dealing with B2C Consumers , we wish to automate our business process and we have planned a 2 phase transition process towards starting with ,

Phase 2- Automated Sales with after sales support Process for Inbound & Outbound Calling using Cloud Telephony.
Phase 3- Creating an E-commerce for all the sourced and stocked Products.
As you already know we are a Zoho One User we prefer working in & Around Zoho apps such as Creator, CRM, Books, Analytics

2- Teams Communication - Refer Zoho Connect
3- Notifications - Tab Or bell with Sound and Colour coding - Read ,Unread ,Mark as unread,ect
4- Complaints & Solutions - Refer Cases on Zoho Crm
5- Photographs & Samples - For a Requirement or an order received from the Customer/Team member
6-Pre Sales / After Sales Automated survey using Zoho survey /Whatsapp / Call
