I am looking for an experienced Zoho expert to implement and optimize Zoho People, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Learn for my organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Zoho People to streamline HR processes, ensuring it is user-friendly for a small team of 1-10 users.
- Improve customer relationship management through Zoho CRM by customizing the platform to meet our specific needs.
- Set up Zoho Learn to enhance employee training and development, promoting a continuous learning culture within the organization.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in customizing and optimizing Zoho People and Zoho CRM.
- Familiarity with setting up and managing e-learning platforms, preferably Zoho Learn.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into Zoho functionalities.
- Strong communication skills for training and support for a small team of 1-10 users.
