Zoho Subscriptions Setup with Tiered Plans

Name: Level III
Amount: $16,900 in month 1, $463/month in month 12 and beyond

Name: Level III installment plan
Amount: $8450 in month 1, $8450 in month 2, $463 in month 12 and beyond

The payment gateway is set-up, so once this job is done, we should be ready to charge customers for any of these five products!
