Zoho Inventory Specialist for Furniture Business

We are a UK-based furniture business looking for an experienced Zoho Inventory specialist to help us build and configure our inventory system from scratch.

Scope of Work:
Full setup of Zoho Inventory tailored to our business model

Implementation of barcodes, SKUs, and product categories

Integration with:

1 Shopify store

2 different eBay accounts (representing 2 separate warehouses)

Setup of FedEx as the main shipping/postage provider (with rate syncing and label generation)

Configuration of 2 separate warehouses with clear inventory tracking and stock splitting

Ensure automatic stock syncing, order flow, and shipping updates across all platforms

Assist in best practices for efficient inventory management

Requirements:
Proven experience with Zoho Inventory

Strong knowledge of Shopify and eBay API integrations

Experience with FedEx integration and label generation

Understanding of barcode systems, scanning, and warehouse management

Ability to provide clear documentation and onboarding for our team

Fluent in English and responsive to communication

Deliverables:
Fully working Zoho Inventory setup with all integrations

A working shipping solution using FedEx

Two warehouses operating under one Zoho system

Test orders to confirm system works correctly

Optional: Support for troubleshooting and minor adjustments post-launch
