Zoho CRM Expert Automation intake pipeline

Provider seeking a Zoho CRM expert to build a fully automated client intake pipeline. The system is already scoped and documented in detail. You’ll build and automate the entire process from inquiry to consultant assignment, with built-in logic, consent tracking, SLA escalations, and follow-up flows.

Project Scope:
Build Zoho CRM pipeline with 4 stages: Inquiry → MA Verification → Consultant Assignment → Closed
Configure Zoho Flow automations and task triggers
Set up embedded Zoho Forms with conditional logic and validation
Create and automate communication templates (SMS, email, task prompts)
Add clipboard copy functionality to fields for manual booking with external consultants
Build dashboards for intake tracking and consultant performance
Optional: Configure PDF case summary export and auto re-engagement flows

Required Skills:

Zoho CRM (custom modules, workflows)

Zoho Flow (automation between apps)

Zoho Forms (embedded forms + logic)

Strong attention to process accuracy

Bonus: Experience with RPA tools or email parsers
