Zoho Analytics for Sales Targets

We are using zoho books, we have a report there called item wise sales report of sales person. We want to assign sales target to sales person, for some product sales they get 100% sales value in their sales target. We want to have a dashboard that will tell how many sales a sales person did in a month or quarter, and how much percentage they achieved.
We did somework but unable to achieve it.
