Zapier: Update fields in Salesforce when Docusign Powerform is completed

Will be adding Docusign Power forms to my webforms for lead generation.
Lead will first enter in required information and contact information, click submit, the lead will be provided with a list of quotes. When they click submit, their information is mapped inside salesforce to create a new lead object. After they click submit on the webform, they are able to see the list of quotes and can then click "apply" to apply for the quote they selected. This will redirect them to a Docusign Powerform. Once completed, I want it to update a field on the lead object that was created in salesforce using Zapier if this is possible. I have a business Pro account with Docusign, but could upgrade to a Docusign API account if it can't be done with Zapier and can be done with a Docusign API account.
