Use Zapier to update a salesforce lead object (matching the email address) when a DocuSign Envelope is completed from a DocuSign Webform.

Is it possible to use a zap (from zapier) to update a lead object (matching the email address) when when a DocuSign Envelope is completed from a DocuSign Webform? That's what I'm looking to have done, but need to know first if this achievable. If not, is it possible with DocuSign Connect (instead of Zap) to complete this.
