Urgent Salesforce Flow Fixes

I'm looking for a Salesforce expert to set up an automated process for me. The process is already setup but need couple of errors to be fixed.
1. Email should be sent to multiple recipients when a new LEAD is created
2. Fix any small errors
You should be able to go on a call and GUIDE how to fix it on screen sharing!
Ideal Skills:

- Proficiency in working with merge fields and personalization in Salesforce
