Urgent Salesforce Automation Task

I urgently need a freelancer with experience in Salesforce, particularly in creating automated tasks and processes. Although it was not specified, it is important for me to consider someone who understands the difference between Screen Flow, Auto-Launched Flow, and Schedule-Triggered Flow, and who can guide me on the best path moving forward.

Basically, I already have a flow on the opportunity which is creating another opportunity and linking the opportunity products from the existing opportunity. I just want to link Opportunity contact roles as well with it which are on the existing opportunity.
