Urgent - Google Ads Offline Conversion API Import

We have data in Salesforce Sales Cloud where we have the offline conversions, and then we have already built out code that is not working right now on a Google Cloud server.

This code looks for the offline conversions in Salesforce (GCLID/Conversion Name/Conversion Date&Time) then uploads offline conversions to Google Ads each day via the Google Ads API.
The code is not working, and it may be because Google Ads API was recently updated, and we may need to update the API.
I'd like to review and update this today.
