Upload attachment from Salesforce to Azure cloud

Need an generic lwc component which should have upload button and clicking on that should upload the attachment to Azure cloud and once uploaded download icon should get displayed beside the attachmen name and clicking on that should download from the Azure cloud. This component should support all the custom or standard objects in Salesforce.
