Twilio & Salesforce

We have some automation between Twilio and Salesforce. We are looking for a contractor that can make some fixes to our code to ensure it is working properly.
Our user dials a Twilio number and then inputs a code. The code looks up to Salesforce to obtain data like call display numbers, etc. Finally, the recorded call is uploaded automatically into salesforce, and emails are sent.
Currently, we are having some issues with inputting data into the system. From time to time, the system is unable to recognize numbers the users' are inputting. We have a possible fix from Twilio support
EXAMPLE
Here you instruct Twilio to gather digits from the user, but you then instruct Twilio to try and send these digits to the same URL
This URL should be ideally your salesforce endpoint, NOT your webhook URL.
We need this fixed and updated to work properly.
Since this is a simple project, I don't mind paying hourly, but I need an estimate on what the maximum cost is going to be.
