Technical Content Strategist

We are looking for a Technical Content Strategist to support the Sales and CS Technical Services organization. You will help us create, edit, and organize technical and organizational information and turn it into compelling and useful content for internal audiences. The Technical Content Strategist will serve as an internal consultant on process optimization within the Sales, CS and Sales Strategy teams, documenting existing SOPs and providing feedback on the configuration and maintenance strategy within Salesforce Knowledge Base. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be detail oriented, organized, analytical and demonstrate the ability to work independently and also within a team environment.
