TBG-SD Salesforce

I'd like to duplicate the Salesforce customizations and data from an existing Salesforce organization, for a sister non-profit to then use the separate Salesforce database independently from the sister org. Alternatively I'd like to create a new Salesforce instance with some customizations, and load data downloaded from the other Salesforce org.
