Smartsheet Developer Needed

I'm in search of a Smartsheet developer to enhance our project management capabilities. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of extracting insights from data and leveraging Smartsheet's capabilities to automate processes and customize templates to fit our business needs.

These compliance need be listed and tracked. The dash board example
Following features should be part of it (not exhaustive list, only suggestive)
1. Tracking the compliances
2. Setting up the system (with setting up admin, user, edit rights)
3. Alert system to the person responsible (alert over email only which ability for him to say yes/no over mail with proof attached which will be saved in the database against that line item compliance)
4. Escalation to his boss (2 days before)
5. Creating the dashboard
6. Creating audit trail
What is needed (technically)
Smartsheet Compliance Form, Follow-up and Dashboard.
1. Compliances sheet,
2. Workflow alerts
3. Alert Escalation in case of non-compliance
4. Required Smartsheet,
5. Required Reports
6. Required Dashboard for management.
7. Admin and user management
8. Warranty and maintenance support after go-live for first two months
9. Securing and maintaining the packages from smartsheet.com
