Setup Funnel Metrics & Salesforce.com Reporting

We use Salesforce.com. We have recently revised our opportunity stages in SF.com. As CEO, I am now modelling our end-to-end funnel in excel in order to determine targets for marketing lead generation, SDR/BDR opportunity conversation/generation, and sales rep quotas. I would benefit from collaboration with an experienced Revenue Operations professional to help me:
- review my revenue / funnel metrics & targets (see excel attached)
- edit sf.com config, dashboards and reports as needed to monitor performance against the metrics and targets in the Excel file
- get me setup for presenting baseline data from sf.com by December 22 and weekly thereafter
