Sr. Salesforce Healthcare Cloud Developer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the configuration, development and implementation of Salesforce Applications, in a timely and accurate fashion, using Salesforce/Apex, Force.com and Visualforce technologies.
• Utilize Salesforce Healthcare Cloud's core features and capabilities to address specific healthcare industry requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce Healthcare Cloud features and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Experience configuring Salesforce, especially Health Cloud
• 5+ years of SFDC Developer experience (APEX)
• 2+ years experience developing Lightning Components
• 2+ years experience working with REST integration and working with Salesforce APIs
• Experience with source control/GIT and CI/CD tool like AutoRabit, Jenkins etc
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Healthcare Cloud's core features and capabilities.
• Experience with healthcare industry standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7).
• Experience with Health Cloud
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Salesforce Development (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, II) and Healthcare Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System and Salesforce Communities.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, CDA).
