Senior Salesforce Developer Technical Interviewer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer Interviewer to help assess candidates for Salesforce development roles. This part-time, involves conducting technical interviews, reviewing code samples, and evaluating candidates' proficiency with Salesforce platform features, Apex, Lightning, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct technical interviews for Salesforce developers (mid to senior-level).
Assess candidates' knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL).
Evaluate problem-solving, coding practices, and experience with integrations and Salesforce tools.
Provide constructive feedback on candidates' skills and suitability for the role.
Collaborate with the hiring team to refine interview processes and evaluation criteria.
Required Skills:
Strong experience as a Salesforce developer (6+ years preferred).
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and SOQL.
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and best practices.
Experience with code reviews or technical interviews is a plus.
