Senior Salesforce Developer

I am looking for a senior Salesforce developer. The estimated project duration is more than 3 months. need to work Pst time Zone 40 hours a week -Monthly Pay
Core Responsibilities:
-Collaborate within a team to develop bespoke Salesforce.com applications, services, and integrations.
-Actively contribute to enhancements in application architecture, processes, support, and infrastructure within the organization.
-Design, execute, and maintain Salesforce configurations and custom developments, including but not limited to custom fields, objects, layouts, workflows, Process Builder, and validation rules.
-Interact with internal stakeholders to gather and define business, functional, and technical requirements, and participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
-Adhere to best practices for operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes on the Salesforce.com platform, offering technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
-Engage in the development and execution of testing, training, and documentation initiatives.
-Follow standard operating procedures for tracking events, incidents, requests, changes, and problems.
-Ensure the availability of the Force.com and AWS platforms and associated integration applications, providing on-call support for urgent fixes and enhancements to resolve application issues.
-Aid in planning application changes, development, and the deployment of upgrades, patches, and new releases.
-Develop and implement unit, integration, and user acceptance testing plans, including creating use cases and test data.
Required Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning development.
Proficient in object-oriented JavaScript design.
Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.) and Metadata APIs.
Proficient in complex business systems integration, object-oriented design patterns, and development.
Software engineering skills in Force.com Platform (Lightning,LWC, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit Testing).
Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web Services.
Experience with source control and continuous integration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Eagerness to understand business and systems for value-added contributions to system design and development.
